Refund and Returns Policy STEPPA

STEPPA operates as a multi-vendor platform. All refunds and returns are governed primarily by the individual vendor’s or service provider’s Refund and Return Policy. Where applicable, STEPPA may intervene to facilitate resolution in the event of a dispute or misunderstanding.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from returns, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To engage vendors or service providers and complete a return request, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to the vendor or service provider
  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Please check your STEPPA Wallet again.
  2. If the refund is still not visible, contact STEPPA Support for assistance.

Please note that Vendor or Provider refunds may take some time to be officially processed and posted.

Sale Items.

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
