1. *Cancellation Window*:
   - Customers may cancel their order within *30 minutes* of placing it for a full refund.
   - Orders placed for delivery within *30 minutes* cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

2. *Delivery Timeframes*:
   - Orders scheduled for delivery within *30 minutes* to the next day are subject to immediate processing. Once the order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched promptly.

3. *How to Cancel*:

   - Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

4. *Refund Process*:
   - For cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed within *3-5 business days* back to the original payment method.
   - Refunds for cancellations made after the 30-minute window will not be issued.

5. *Exceptions*:
   - If an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered for any reason, TEDO Marketplace reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of the time elapsed since the order was placed.

   - Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is accurate at the time of order. Incorrect addresses may lead to cancellation fees or inability to cancel.

7. *Changes to Orders*:
